Privacy Policy

Last updated 19 October 2026

Vunxa is designed to give you a private computer and assistants that work with your information over time. This policy explains what we collect, why we use it, and what control you have.

Full Privacy Policy

1. Who is responsible

Serna Consulting (KvK 64372421; Dutch VAT ID NL002482005B61), trading as Vunxa, is responsible for the personal data we use to run the website, accounts, billing, support, security, and service operations.

For personal use, we decide how this service processes your data. If an organisation uses Vunxa to process personal data about other people, that organisation may be responsible for the purpose of that processing and we may process it on its behalf. Contact us if you need a data-processing arrangement.

2. What we use

Depending on how you use Vunxa, we may process:

  • your name, email address, account and sign-in details;
  • subscription, invoice, tax, payment, fraud, and support information;
  • your prompts, conversations, memories, files, images, voice input, generated work, settings, and shared folders;
  • device, browser, IP address, timestamps, usage, network, service-health, and security information; and
  • messages and attachments you send to support.

We use this information to provide Vunxa, keep your assistants and computer working, process payments, provide backups, answer support requests, prevent abuse and fraud, protect the service, and comply with the law.

Depending on the purpose, we process data because it is needed to provide your contract, because the law requires it, because we have a legitimate interest in running and protecting Vunxa, or because you have given consent.

3. Your privacy inside Vunxa

Your Vunxa computer is isolated from other customers. We do not routinely inspect ordinary customers’ files, conversations, or work. If ordinary-customer support needs access, we ask for your explicit permission first and limit access to that support request.

Access during beta participation

By accepting a beta invitation, you agree to give the Vunxa team access to your workspace, including your files, projects and conversations, to understand how the service is used, investigate problems and improve the experience. Only team members working on those purposes may use this access. Anything accessed is kept confidential and is not published or shared publicly.

This access applies only while you participate in the beta and ends when your participation or the beta period ends. Afterward, the ordinary support-access rules apply. You can end your beta participation by contacting us. Your data-protection rights below continue to apply throughout.

We may access or preserve information without prior permission only when required by law or when necessary to address a credible security threat, abuse incident, or imminent serious harm. We will tell you when we can do so without breaking the law or making the situation worse.

4. Providers

Vunxa uses service providers for areas such as cloud hosting and backups, authentication, payments, email, AI models, voice, images, search, and network delivery. A provider receives information only when it is needed for the feature you use, to operate and secure the service, or to meet a legal requirement.

Some providers process data outside the European Economic Area. Where that happens, we use the safeguards required by data-protection law. Provider practices can differ by service and can change over time; we do not promise that every provider has the same retention or model-training policy.

5. How long we keep information

We keep information while you use Vunxa and for as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was collected. For memberships covered by the new service-end policy, deliberate cancellation ends working access at the paid-through date. We prepare and verify a final ZIP containing your work files, including any additional files you selected for backup before removing the computer. That ZIP remains downloadable from your account for 30 days after removal; new ordinary work downloads are prepared on request and kept temporarily for delivery; previously saved automatic work copies remain kept while your computer data is retained, and previously prepared manual downloads keep their displayed expiry. At expiry, access ends and retained work objects are removed. Conversations, memory and running apps are not included in these work downloads. Existing read-only retention commitments remain protected until an explicit transition is communicated. Payment trouble pauses service while preserving the computer and data; it does not automatically cause deletion. Information needed for tax, accounting, fraud prevention, security, legal claims, or legal obligations may be kept longer. After an account deletion, a minimal account identifier may remain to prevent late payment events from reopening the deleted account. Payment providers may retain legally required financial records. Recovery copies expire through the backup cycle.

Our machine recovery backups help restore a computer after a serious failure. They are not a permanent archive or a promise to preserve every change. Keep your own backups of anything important.

6. Your rights

Depending on the law that applies to you, you may ask us to access, correct, delete, restrict, or export your personal data, or object to a particular use. You can also withdraw consent where consent is the basis for processing.

Email info@vunxa.com to make a request. You can complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens) or another authority responsible for your circumstances.

7. Cookies and security

We use essential cookies and local storage for sign-in, security, routing, and privacy choices. We do not use optional analytics or marketing cookies without the consent required by law.

We use isolation, access controls, encryption, monitoring, backups, and other safeguards appropriate to the service. No internet service can promise absolute security, but protecting your information is a core part of how Vunxa is built.

8. Changes and contact

We may update this policy when the service, providers, or law changes. The current version is always published here and states its effective date. For privacy questions or requests, email info@vunxa.com.
