Tell us what you were trying to do and what happened. Include the assistant’s name and a screenshot if it helps. Leave out passwords and payment details.

Membership or billing

Open Account & billing to manage your subscriptions in the billing portal. You can cancel anytime. Each remains available through its paid period.

Storage and your work

View storage options in your private computer controls. Storage purchasing is not available yet. You can download your work from My Vunxas, even when assistant access is paused.
